They have about 80 dealers pre covid and less than 15 returned. Dealer at my table screamed for floor to take control on that table. They started getting heated, dealer doing nothing about it, when finally one guy called the other guy a rapist. 1 player got sucked out and started swearing up a storm. It's not her fault for inept management for throwing em into the fire with no training.Īnother dealer at the table next to ours failed to call floor for 2 players yelling at each other. ![]() Supervisor finally took over while new dealer shadowed. We had to tell them to flop 2 more cards. Once they had that figured out they only put out 1 card on the flop. First we had to say change out charge from shuffler then they didn't know what direction the cards needed to be dealt. We were all very nice to her but had to literally tell them each step. Lets say that was a very long 10 minutes. ![]() Sits down and says I've never dealt hold'em in my life. Another dealer who rotated in from dealing table games. Saw a good number that was just horrible( it's bad when the dealer is looking at chips not knowing what to do then me telling what to do with them). Played for another half hour then got called for 2/5. I got there around 7pm and waited over an hour for a 1/2 seat. the front is still full of slot machines. ![]() It's only 9 tables toward the back of the room. The poker room returned to it's usual place next to Sixth street bar.
