Sideways Bear Crawl Start standing with your legs wide apart. Then bend your legs, shift your body weight forward to your arms and jump up with your legs bending in the air so they land under your arms (bottom). Kong Prep Begin in a push-up position (top). Continue alternating and try to do 3 sets of 10 reps staying as low to the ground as possible. Crawl forward putting your left leg forward as you put your right hand forward. Alternate your hands and feet with your right leg bent forward and your left hand reaching forward with your palm placed down (above). Quadropedal Movement Start in a plank position.
